Zirconium oxide
All ceramic bearings with anti-magnetic electrical insulation, wear-resistant corrosion resistance, oil-free self-lubrication, high temperature resistance to high cold and other characteristics, can be used in extremely harsh environments and special conditions. Sleeves and rolling stakes are made of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) ceramic materials, retainers use Teflon (PTFE) as the standard configuration, and glass fiber-reinforced nylon 66 (RPA6-25), special engineering plastics (PEEK, PI), stainless steel (AISISUS316), brass (Cu) and so on.
Silicon nitride
Silicon nitride all-ceramic bearing collars and rolling elements are made of Silicon Nitrii (Si3N4) ceramic materials, and rpA66-25, PEEK, PI, and phenolic clamped wood tubes are generally available. SiN4 full ceramic bearings can be used for higher speeds and load slower than ZrO2 materials, as well as for higher ambient temperatures. At the same time can be used for high-precision high-precision high-rigid spindle spends of precision ceramic bearings, the highest manufacturing accuracy up to P4 to UP grade.
Full ball
Full ball type full ceramic bearings with a ball gap on one side, because of the use of no cage structure design, can be more than the standard structure of bearingloading ceramic balls, thereby improving its load capacity, but also to avoid the limitation of the cage material, can achieve ceramic cage-type full ceramic bearing corrosion resistance and temperature resistance. This series of bearings is not suitable for higher speed, installation should pay attention to the gap surface is not subject to axial load at one end.
Mixed
Ceramic ball, especially silicon nitride ball with low density, high hardness, low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, self-lubrication and rigidity and other characteristics, especially suitable for high-speed, high-precision and long-life hybrid ceramic ball bearing rolling body (inner and outer ring is metal). Bearing steel (GCr15) or stainless steel (AISI440C) is generally used in the outer and outer rings, and ceramic balls are available in ZrO2, Si3N4, or SiC materials.
