Ceramic bearings as an important mechanical foundation, because of its metal bearings can not match the excellent performance, high temperature, super strength and so on in the new material world unique. In the past ten years, in the national economy and people's livelihood in various fields have been more and more widely used.
Ceramic bearings are resistant to high temperature, cold, wear, corrosion, magnetic insulation, oil-free self-lubrication, high speed and other characteristics. Can be used in extremely harsh environment and special conditions, can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, navigation, petroleum, chemical, automotive, electronic equipment, metallurgy, electricity, textiles, pumps, medical equipment, scientific research and national defense military and other fields, is a new material application of high-tech products.
The collars and rolling stakes of ceramic bearings are made of all ceramic materials, namely zirconium oxide (ZrO2), silicon nitride (Si3N4), and silicon carbide (Sic). The retainer is made of Polyfluoroethylene, nylon 66, polyethelamina, zirconium oxide, silicon nitride, stainless steel or specialaaerial aluminum, thus expanding the application surface of ceramic bearings.
Classification of use of ceramic bearings
(1) High-speed bearing: with cold resistance, force elasticity is small, pressure resistance is large, heat conductivity is poor, weight light, friction coefficient is small, can be applied in 12000 rpm - 75000 rpm high-speed spindle and other high-precision equipment;
2 high temperature bearings: the material itself has high temperature resistance to 1200 degrees C, and self-lubricating well, the use of temperature between 100 degrees C-800 degrees C does not produce the expansion caused by temperature difference. Can be applied in furnaces, plastic, steel and other high-temperature equipment;
3 corrosion-resistant bearings: the material itself has corrosion-resistant properties, can be applied in strong acids, strong alkalis, inorganic, organic salts, seawater and other fields, such as: electroplating equipment, electronic equipment, chemical machinery, shipbuilding, medical equipment.
4 anti-magnetic bearings: because there is no magnetism, so do not absorb dust, can reduce the bearing surface peeling, thereby reducing the operating noise. Available in demagnetization devices. Precision instruments and other fields.
5 insulated bearings: due to high resistivity, can be free of arc damage bearings, can be used in a variety of electrical equipment required insulation.
(6) Vacuum bearings: Due to the unique oil-free self-lubrication characteristics of ceramic materials, in the ultra-high vacuum environment, can overcome the problem of ordinary bearings can not achieve lubrication. Note: The above five categories of bearings, the same set of bearings can be applied to high temperature, high speed, acid base, magnetic field, non-insulated, but because of the material performance is different (see rare earth ceramic material performance table) please customers to choose products, according to their application of the occasion, to select the most suitable material ceramic bearings.
