The daily maintenance of the bed can be carried out in three phases:

Before the bed is worked. Check whether the machine components are intact, the handle position is normal, clean the various parts of the machine, observe the lubrication devices, directly oil lubrication of the machine tool rail surface, power-on low-speed empty operation for a certain time.

Bed work. The operation should be correct, the machine tool does not allow overload work, precision machine tool can not be roughed up, etc. In the course of work found that the machine has any abnormal phenomenon, should immediately stop inspection.

After the bed is working. Cleaning all parts of the machine, the machine moving parts moved to the specified position, turn off the power supply.

First-level maintenance of the bed.

In general, the bed accumulative operation of 800h, to the operator-oriented to carry out a first-level maintenance work, the corresponding maintenance work must be cut off after the power supply.
