1.there is a problem: the aperture increased, the error is large.
(1) The cause.
The design value of the outer diameter of the reaise is too large or the hinged cutting edge is spiked, the cutting speed is too high, the feed is not appropriate or the processing margin is too large, the main angle of the reamer is too large, the reamer bends the reamer, the adhesive chip tumor on the hinged cutting edge is attached, the cutting edge is swinging when the edge is grinding. The difference is excellent, the selection of cutting fluid is not appropriate, the cone handle surface is not cleaned or the cone surface is not scratched or bumped when installing the reamated knife, the flat tail deflection of the cone handle of the cone handle is loaded into the machine spindle, the spindle bend or the spindle bearing is too loose or damaged, and the hinge float is inflexible. Different shafts from the workpiece and hand reaming are unevenly used, causing the reaming knife to shake left and right.
(2) Solutions.
Reduce the outer diameter of the reamer according to the specific situation, reduce the cutting speed, adjust the feed or reduce the processing margin appropriately, reduce the main angle, straighten or scrap bend inglion sieof, carefully trim to the qualified with oil stone, control the swing difference within the allowable range, select the cooling performance is better The reamer must be cleaned of the oil inside the reaper cone handle and the machine spindle cone hole before installing the reamator, and the cone has been polished with oil stone at the touch point, the recline knife is repaired, the spindle bearing is adjusted or replaced, the floating card head must be readjusted and the coaxiality adjusted. Note the correct operation.
2.there is a problem: aperture reduction.
(1) The cause.
The design value of the outer diameter dimension of the reaiser is small, the cutting speed is too low, the feed is too small, the main angle of the reaiser is too small, the cutting fluid is not suitable, the reamer wear part is not worn off, the elastic recovery makes the aperture narrow when the reaming steel piece, the residual amount is too large or the hinge is not sharp, easy to produce elastic recovery, so that the aperture is reduced and the inner hole is not round, the aperture is not qualified.
(2) Solutions.
Replace the size of the outer diameter of the reamer, improve the cutting speed appropriately, reduce the feed amount appropriately, increase the main angle appropriately, select the oily cutting fluid with good lubrication performance, regularly interchange the reamer with the correct cutting part of the right edge, consider the above factors when designing the hinge size, or take the value according to the actual situation, make the test cutting, take the appropriate margin, sharpen the reamer.
3.there is a problem: the hinged inner hole is not round.
(1) The cause.
The reaiser is too long, the rigidity is insufficient, the vibration is produced when the reaming is too small, the main angle of the reamer is too small, the reaming cutting edge is narrow, the reaming hole is partial, the inner hole surface has a gap, cross hole, the surface of the hole has sand eye, pores, the spindle bearing is loose, no guide sleeve, or the reaming knife and guide sleeve are clamped too tightly, and the post-removal workpiece is deformed.
(2) Solutions.
Insufficient rigid hinge can use the reamator with unequal pitch, the installation of the reaiser should be rigid lying, increase the main angle, the use of qualified reaming knife, control the hole position tolerance of the pre-processing process, the use of unequal pitch hinge, the use of longer, more precise guide set, the selection of qualified blanks, the use of the equivalent range hinge hinge more precision hole, the machine tool spindle clearance should be adjusted to the need for the fitting of the guide sleeve.
