Stainless steel plates are often divided into: austenitic steel, ferritic steel, ferritic steel, ferritic-metallographic structure (duplex) stainless steel plate and settled and softened stainless steel plate according to the mechanism. 1. Stainless steel round tube: 12%～30% chromium. Its corrosion resistance, ductility and weldability increase with the increase of chromium content, and its fluoride stress corrosion resistance is better than other types of stainless steel plates. Crl7, Cr17Mo2Ti, Cr25, Cr25Mo3Ti, Cr28, etc. belong to this category. Due to its high chromium content, stainless steel round pipes have good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, but their physical properties and use performance are weak. They are mostly used for corrosion-resistant structures where the bearing reaction force is not large and for oxidation-resistant steel applications. This kind of steel can resist the erosion of air, sodium cyanide and salt solution, and has the characteristics of good high temperature oxidation resistance and low linear expansion coefficient. It can be used for sodium cyanide and food processing plant machinery and equipment. It can also be made at high temperature. Parts under work, such as gas turbine parts, etc.

2. Low alloy steel: containing more than 18% chromium, with 8% nickel and a small amount of molybdenum, titanium, nitrogen and other elements. The comprehensive type has good performance and can withstand the erosion of a variety of substances. The common models of low alloy steel are 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr19Ni9 and so on. The Wc of 0Cr19Ni9 steel is less than 0.08%, and the steel type is marked as "0". This kind of steel contains a lot of Ni and Cr, making the steel ferrite at room temperature. This kind of steel has excellent plastic deformation, ductility, weldability, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic. It has good corrosion resistance in reducing and oxidizing substances. It is used to make corrosion resistant machinery and equipment, such as corrosion resistance. Vessels and machinery and equipment linings, gas pipes, sodium cyanide-resistant machinery and equipment parts, etc., another can also be used as the main raw material for stainless steel clock decorations. Low-alloy steel generally chooses aging treatment, and the steel is heated to 1050~1150℃, and then water-cooled or air-cooled to obtain a single-phase electric ferrite structure.

3. Ferrite-Duplex stainless steel with metallographic structure: It has both the advantages of ferrite and stainless steel round tube, and has superplastic deformation. Ferrite and metallographic organization each account for about half of the stainless steel plate. Under the condition of low C content, the water content of Cr is 18%~28%, and the water content of Ni is 3%~10%. Some steels also contain Mo, Cu, Si, Nb, Ti, N and other manganese steel elements. This type of steel has the characteristics of both ferrite and stainless steel round pipes. Compared with the metallographic structure, it has higher plastic deformation and ductility, no room temperature brittle fracture, and significantly improved stress corrosion resistance and electric welding characteristics. In addition, it maintains The brittle fracture at 475℃ with stainless steel round tube and its high heat transfer coefficient have the characteristics of superplastic deformation. Compared with low-alloy steel, it has high compressive strength and overall improvement in resistance to stress corrosion and fluoride stress corrosion. Duplex stainless steel has high-quality pitting corrosion resistance and is a nickel-saving stainless steel plate.
