Sensors designed for the deformation curve of liquids and gases: When the temperature changes, the liquid and gas also produce volume changes accordingly. Several types of structures can convert this change in expansion into a change in position, resulting in a positional change output (thermometer, induction deviation, bezel, etc.).
Resistance sensor: The resistance value of a metal changes with temperature. For different metals, the resistance value changes differently for each degree of temperature change, and the resistance value can be used directly as the output signal. There are two types of resistance changes 1. positive temperature coefficient Temperature increase s impedance increase temperature decrease s resistance decrease 2. negative temperature coefficient temperature increase s impedance decrease temperature decrease s impedance decrease temperature decrease s impedance increase.
Thermocouple sensor: A thermocouple consists of two metal wires of different materials welded together at the end. When this connection point is heated, a difference in the likely position occurs where they are not heated. The value of this bit difference is related to the temperature of the measuring point at the unheated site and to the material of the two conductors. This phenomenon can occur over a wide temperature range, and if the spread of the cause is accurately measured, and then the ambient temperature of the unheated site can be measured, the temperature of the heating point can be accurately known. Since it must have two conductors of different materials, it is called a thermocouple. Thermocouples made of different materials are used in different temperature ranges, and their sensitivity varies. The sensitivity of the thermocouple refers to the amount of change in the output post difference when the temperature of the heating point changes by 1 degree C. For thermocouples supported by most metal materials, this value is approximately between 5 and 40 microvolts/C. Thermocouple sensor has its own advantages and disadvantages, its sensitivity is relatively low, vulnerable to environmental interference.
