1. Different types of temperature-sensing head resistance value is different, but how to judge the temperature-feeling head good or bad?

2. Because the body temperature of a person is constant, so with the hand to feel the temperature of the head for a while, its voltage in the road is certain (about 2.17V).


3. Unplug the temperature-sensing plug, measure the resistance of the two pins of the seat in the line, and the resulting resistance is basically the model value of the temperature-sensing head at 25 degrees C (the method is not accurate after actual testing).


If it is about 8K resistance, the model value of the sensor temperature head is generally 10K, if it is 4.7K resistance, it is 5K temperature head, and so on.


(But there are some large air conditioners, variable frequency air conditioning external control panel temperature sensor resistance is 3 times the lower bias resistance, that is, the resistance measured by the above method multiplied by 3, that is, the sensor at 25C resistance.) )


4. The model value of the temperature-sensing head is its resistance value at 25 degrees C, usually 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K, 50K, these kinds, are generally negative temperature coefficient, that is, the higher the temperature, the smaller the resistance value.


5. Generally speaking, the temperature and room temperature resistance of the inner tube are the same.
