The Basic Requirements for Bolting

When a normal bolt is a permanent connection bolt, the following requirements should be met:

1. For general bolt connections, flat washers should be placed under the bolt head and nut to increase the pressure area.

2. The bolt head and the nut side should be placed flat washers separately, the flat washers on the side of the bolt head should generally not be more than 2, and the flat washers placed on the nut side should not be more than 1.

3. For the design of bolts that require looseness, anchor bolts should be used to protect against loose ness of the nut or spring washers, spring washers must be set on the nut side.

4. For bolt connections that are subject to moving loads or important parts, spring washers should be placed according to design requirements, and spring washers must be set on the nut side.

5. For the steel, slot steel type steel should be used when using the bevel connection, so that the support surface of the nut and the bolt head perpendicular to the screw.

Bolts use position classification requirements.

According to the power distribution line bolt use position and function, bolts can be divided into: electrical connection seis... electrical equipment fixed class, iron attachment fixed class three. Here's a specific description:

1. Electrical connection class: outdoor wiring should be used for hot galvanized bolt connection, the bolt should be flat washers and spring washers, bolts tightened, bolts should be exposed 2 to 3 buckles. 3. When the iron attachment is connected with a double-head bolt, each end of the bolt is equipped with a nut and a flat washer (square washer). For the bolt connection of the slot steel and the tilted side on the edge of the steel wing, use the oblique washer as far as possible so that the support surface of the nut and the bolt head is perpendicular to the screw.

The wearing requirements of the bolts.

1. to the three-dimensional structure: horizontal direction from the inside out;

2. to the plane structure: the direction of the line, the two-sided components from the inside out, the single-sided components from the power feed side through or according to the unified direction;

3. transformer bench plane structure: to the transformer high, low-voltage terminal as the reference direction, from the low-voltage terminal end to the high-voltage terminal direction, to the transformer, electric rod as the reference direction, from the transformer side to the pole side wear (from the inside out).
