For this reason, both the upper surface processing and the lower surface of the part need to be formed by adding two at a time.
Judging from the existing equipment and technical conditions of the workshop, the processing equipment that can achieve the processing surface and the high precision is slow-moving wire cutting machine and multi-linkage CNC machining center plus two machine tools.
The CNC machining center machine tool has a great advantage in processing speed, and the wire cutting process makes the surface of the material undergo the process of ionization, heat melting and cooling, so the surface will have corresponding structural changes, which will affect the processing of the mirror layer on the surface of the part. , So we choose to use multi-axis linkage CNC plus two center to add two.
According to the shape of the part, the CNC machining center needs at least two clampings to complete the processing of the part.
First of all, the high-precision vise is installed protrudingly, and the rear supporting block is cushioned and exposed. First, the surface of the angle surface is ironed out, and the second surface of the entire part is processed and the arc surface transition is completed with a ball-end knife; the contour is iron-based, and the sheep pin cut on the side is processed at one time, which can ensure the hole and the upper surface The pen tolerance is too good, and it can ensure that there is no clamping mark on the processed surface, as shown in Figure 5.
