When we use dynamic static pressure mixed bearings need to pay attention to the following six things, to prevent static pressure mixed bearings in the process of failure.

1. After one year of normal use, the oil and coarse filter element should be replaced.

2. Normal use of the pumping station to replenish the oil must be 3 layers of silk cloth filtering to add.

3. Spindle pivot, grinding wheel loading and unloading must be carried out in the working state of the pumping station. That is, the spindle is carried out in the state of static oil sephy. This does not damage the spindle and the dynamic static pressure bearings.

4. Observe whether the pump station pressure and grinding head static pressure are within the specification range before working on the grinding wheel spindle.

5. When the equipment is down, be sure to stop the grinding head motor first, wait for the grinding wheel to stop steady, and then turn off the pumping station, otherwise it is easy to damage the grinding head.

6. Change any parts on the pumping station, must first remove the high-pressure oil infested hose connector, after replacing the parts, the oil circuit self-cycle 15-20 minutes before the oil pipe can be connected to the grinding head, so as to ensure that the main shaft oil into the grinding head is a well-filtered ultra-clean spindle oil. This extends the life of the dynamic static pressure spindle.
