Rolling process
The specification of seamless steel pipe for controlling export semitrailer axle is Φ127
mmx12mm. The temperature of the inner and outer rings of the second heating stage of the ring furnace is controlled at 1240-1260℃, and the temperature of the inner and outer rings of the second soaking stage is controlled at 1270~1290℃, and the heating time does not exceed 4h. The temperature of the capillary tube after perforation is 1230~1240℃. After normal anti-oxidation treatment, the lubrication effect of the mandrel of the continuous tube rolling machine is ensured, and a good inner surface quality is finally obtained. The temperature of the calibrating (reducing) machine for the hot finished product is 930960℃, and the cooling bed speed should be controlled during air cooling to avoid steel pipe bending.
Performance test
The tensile properties and grain size of the seamless steel pipe in the hot-rolled state are tested, and the results are shown in Table 5. From Table 5, it can be seen that the grain size and the mechanical properties of the seamless steel pipe in the hot-rolled state meet the standards. Claim.
Heat treatment performance test
The steel pipe after quenching and tempering must have high strength limit and yield limit, but also sufficient plasticity and toughness, that is, the steel pipe has high comprehensive mechanical properties after quenching and tempering. Analyzing the performance of hot-rolled steel pipes, it can be seen that the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation are relatively ideal. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, the performance requirements after heat treatment can be met; therefore, the hardness after quenching and tempering will affect the steel pipe The restrictive factors of performance, targeted research on hardness after heat treatment has become a key link of heat treatment.
