Titanium is a chemical element with symbol Ti and atomic number 22. It is a lustrous transition metal with a silver color, low density, and high strength. Titanium is resistant to corrosion in sea water, aqua regia, and chlorine. Titanium can be alloyed with iron, aluminium, vanadium, and molybdenum, among other elements, to produce strong, lightweight alloys for aerospace (jet engines, missiles, and spacecraft), military, automotive or medical industries.
Machining: Many valuable techniques for machining titanium effectively are not difficult to employ, but few cnc shops use all of them that are available for milling this metal productively. It’s just that the entire machining process has to be considered, because any one element could impede the overall process’s effectiveness. The tool, toolholder, spindle, column, ways, table, fixturing and workpiece are all part of titanium machining. Other important considerations include coolant pressure and volume, as well as the method of coolant delivery, plus methodology and application.
We use 5 axis machines such as Haas UMC 750 and Haas VF-5SS as well as conventional milling equipment (Matsuura RA-1G, MC 500V PC 2S and MC-510 VG). Using the latest CNC machines we undertake the precision manufacture of copper components to accurate and tight tolerance standards at a lower cost.

Ti 6Al-4V titanium alloy is known as the "workhorse" of the titanium industry because it is by far the most common Ti alloy, accounting for more than 50% of total titanium usage. It is an alpha+beta alloy that is heat treatable to achieve moderate increases in strength.
The titanium is alloyed with little measures of vanadium and aluminum for most of the applications as this mix has strong dissolvability that has the capability to shift drastically with temperature that permits it to experience precipitation brisk.
