Analyzing the rough material shown in Figure 2, the machining allowance of the three positioning posts is relatively small, only about 1mm on one side, and this part is deformed after die-casting shrinkage, so whether the parts can be clamped reliably is the whole process. The key to proceeding was the original attempt to directly use the D surface as the supporting surface to fix the parts on the pressure plate, and then perform processing. The result was that the measurement results before the pressure plate were not removed met the requirements of the drawing. After the pressure plate was released, the measurement data was seriously out of tolerance. The reason is that the D surface of the part is not flat. When the pressing plate is pressed, the part has been elastically deformed. When the part is removed from the template, the deformation is reset, so the above result appears. Therefore, to ensure that the size of the part meets the requirements of the drawing, the D surface must be processed flat, and the flatness must not exceed 002mm. This is also a problem to be solved by this mirror cutting fixture. In order to solve this problem, the clamping method of this fixture should start from avoiding clamping deformation. After analyzing the characteristics of the parts to be processed, the fixture as shown in Figure 3 is used. The three positioning posts of the bracket are placed on the corresponding three of the fixture. Within a straight hole. After the three eccentric cams on the fixture are rotated, they respectively press the part in the direction of the force shown in the figure, and the force passes through the center of the solid base frame of the part to avoid bending the part. The parts to be processed are die-cast aluminum parts, and the machining allowance of the D surface is between 0.20.3mm. The workpiece is less stressed during the cutting process, so the pressing force should not be too large, so that the parts do not move during the processing process.
