(2) Clean the heat dissipation and ventilation system of the numerical control device regularly. Before each use, check whether the cooling fans on the numerical control device are normal. The general temperature of the numerical control device exceeds 55 to 60°, which will lead to unreliable operation of the numerical control system.

(3) Regular inspection and replacement of DC motor brushes, most of the CNC lathes used in precision parts processing plants still use a large proportion of DC motors. Excessive use of DC motor brushes will affect the performance of the motor and even cause motor damage .

(4) Always monitor the grid voltage used by the numerical control device. The numerical control device usually allows the grid voltage to fluctuate within the range of ±(10%~15%) of the rated value. If it exceeds this range, the system will not work properly and may even cause The electronic components inside the CNC system are damaged.

(5) The storage battery needs to be replaced regularly. Under normal circumstances, even if the battery has not failed, it should be replaced once a year to ensure that the CNC system can maintain normal operation. The battery replacement should be performed when the CNC device is powered on to prevent data. Lost.

(6) How to maintain the CNC system when it is not used for a long time. In order to improve the utilization rate of the CNC system and reduce its failure rate, it is undesirable to use the CNC machine tool for a long time without use. If the CNC system is in a long-term idle situation, you need to pay attention to it Two points: One is to power on the system frequently, especially in the rainy season when the environmental humidity is high. When the machine is locked, let the system run dry and use the heat generated by the electrical components to dissipate the CNC device. Moisture, to ensure the stability of the performance of electrical components and parts, in areas with high air humidity, frequent power is a major effective measure to reduce the failure rate.

(7) Maintenance of spare printed circuit boards. Printed circuit boards of precision parts processing factories are not prone to failure for a long time. Therefore, spare printed circuit boards purchased should be regularly installed on the numerical control device and powered on for a period of time. Prevent damage.
