CNC is different from mold products. The mold product is hot processing-cooling-demoulding, there are bubbles, and the cooling time is uncertain, which has a greater impact on the accuracy and strength of the product. The CNC process adopts cold working skills, and the whole piece of material is carved to avoid inaccuracies caused by factors such as temperature.

  The commonly used CNC materials are:

  ABS, PC, POM, PP, acrylic (PMMA), nylon, bakelite, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, low carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, etc., Teflon, PBT, PPS, PEET, polyurethane foam, etc.

  What CNC operators do first

  The first step is to operate CNC machine tools to program and process parts.

 cnc processing

  1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and daily maintenance of machining center machine tools, and understand the performance and basic structure of machining center machine tools;

  2, follow the production schedule for product trial production and mass production, and process the products according to the drawings to ensure product quality;

  3. Able to understand drawings and related technical skills documents, help analyze, deal with and solve quality problems, and propose improvement plans;

  4. Actively cooperate with the quality inspection department, and inform the supervisor in time if the quantity is found to be inaccurate, and the quality inspection department will proofread it;

  5. Handle technical problems in harmony with the skill department, actively provide relevant plans, and deal with on-site problems in a timely manner;

  6. Fill in the documents and materials of the machining center machine tools and products as required, and make production operation records and equipment maintenance records;

  7. Finish other quality management system tasks and actively help cooperate with the completion of related departments; complete other tasks dispatched by superiors.
