2 The turning processing of the grinding disc The focus of the part processing is the serrated structure on the part and the 30 I0mm groove structure evenly distributed on the part. The cross-sectional size of the part is quite different. If the process is arranged incorrectly, it is easy to cause deformation of the part. Most parts of the structure are processed on a lathe, and 30 grooves are processed on a milling machine. 2.1 The processing equipment is combined with the actual production site and production batches. Huaxing Digital Lathe is selected, and the system is WA-31DT.

2 Turning tool selection 22.1 Tool material selection When cutting stainless steel, due to the characteristics of heavy work hardening, large cutting force, high cutting temperature and easy wear of the tool, the tool should choose a material with good thermal hardness and wear resistance. Commonly used alloy tools can be processed, but for a long time the turning of stainless steel has formed more mature experience, such as the use of high hardness, anti-adhesive and good toughness cemented carbide, such as YN type YN10: YG type YG8N YG813, YG532 and YW1 of YW category

2.2 Selection of tool geometry parameters for YW2 grades

(1) Rake angle y. In terms of the generation of cutting heat and the heat dissipation and the strength of the tool tip, increasing the rake angle can reduce the generation of cutting heat, but an excessively large rake angle reduces the heat dissipation volume of the tool tip and the strength of the tool tip. Reducing the rake angle can allow the cutting heat to escape and reduce the cutting temperature. However, when the rake angle is too small, the material deforms severely and increases the cutting force. When turning stainless steel, the front should be adjusted without reducing the strength of the tool. The angle is appropriately larger to reduce the plastic deformation during cutting and reduce the cutting force and cutting heat. Practice shows that the rake angle is 15°20°

(2) Rear corner a. The clearance angle of the turning tool can reduce the friction between the tool face and the cutting surface. If the posterior quotient is too large, the wedge angle of the tool will decrease, the strength of the cutting edge of the tool will decrease, and the durability of the tool will be reduced; when the relief angle is small, the strength of the cutting edge of the tool can be increased. The small clearance angle increases the friction between the tool face and the workpiece, thereby increasing tool wear and affecting the quality of the machined surface. Therefore, a reasonable clearance angle is 6°-10°.

(3) Blade angle As. The size and direction of the blade inclination angle determine the strength of the tool tip and the outflow direction of the chips. In order to enhance the strength of the tool tip without increasing the back component force too much, the blade inclination angle should be smaller, usually -10°~20 °, the larger value is used for continuous cutting, and the smaller value is used for intermittent cutting. Combining the principle of tool selection, choose the YG813 93° cemented carbide turning tool suitable for processing stainless steel
