In order to analyze the correctness of the springback test results, the stress analysis of the bending machine in the bending process was carried out, and a lot of calculation was made after some assumptions and simplification. The results show that there is a curving relation between the bending Angle H and the forming Angle H 'within the range of small bending Angle. When the zigzag Angle is greater than 1°, the zigzag Angle H and forming Angle H 'are linearly related, and the trend is the same as that of the straight line connection rule during the test, which indicates the correctness of the springback test conclusion. It should be pointed out that there is a big difference between the two values, which is caused by the assumption and simplification of theoretical accounting and the fact that the practical bending condition is much more complicated than the accounting condition.
When machining a batch of pipe, two different bends (e.g. 30° and 90°) can be tested on a given bending machine. Two practical angles H1 and H2 of the elbow were recorded, and two forming angles H '1 and H' 2 of the pipe were measured. Then calculate the coefficient of equation (1) according to the following formula:
K 1= (H2 - H1)? 2 - (H 'H' 1) and (2)
C1= h1-h '1 (h2-h1)? 2 - (H 'H' 1) and (3)
Substituting Equations (2) and (3) into Equations (1), the linear equation obtained is the springback rule of this batch of pipes. The springback rule can be easily obtained by using the intelligent bend measuring instrument.
