The Planer Is A Common Failure And The Solution Is Complete

A planer is a linear motion machine that uses a planer to plan the plane, groove, or forming surface of a work piece. Horizontal, vertical, beveled, curved, step surfaces, swallowtail-shaped workware, T-slots, V-slots, or cut holes, gears and flaers can be cut on the plow bed. If the planer is properly modified, the range of adaptation of the planer can also be expanded. It is highly efficient when cutting narrow, long surfaces with planers and is suitable for small and medium-volume production and workshops.

 

The bull's head planer is composed of main components such as bed body, slide pillow, work table, rocker mechanism and electrical device, and is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor. There are some problems with use, as analyzed below: 

 

First, the surface of the work piece has obvious slopes or surface roughness is not required.

 

1. The direction of movement of the slide pillow is not parallel to the direction of swing of the rocker.

 

2. The space between the slide pillow and the pressure plate is too large.

 

3. The knife frame is loose.

 

4. The screws and nuts on the work bench beams are large.

 

How to troubleshoot:

 

1. Repair the movement accuracy of the rocker and slider.

 

2. Repair the scraping pillow guide and pressure plate, adjust the open space.

 

3. Adjust the open space for bar and active knife frame navigation.

 

4. Replace the nut or patch the screw, re-match the nut.

 

Second, the cross-directional movement of the work table of the bull's head planer is uneven.

 

1. The open space between the linkage shaft and the hole is large.

 

2. Ratchet or pawl wear.

 

How to troubleshoot:

 

1. Manicing shaft.

 

2. Repair the ratchets and pawls.

 

Third, the cow's head planer in the slide pillow movement when there is a phenomenon of slugs.

 

1. Poor contact with the moving surface of the slide pillow.

 

2. The pressure plate is small.

 

3. The three support points of the screw are not in a straight line.

 

4. Poor lubrication.

 

How to troubleshoot:

 

1. Scratch navigation.

 

2. Scrape the rails or adjust the pressure plate open space.

 

3. Check the straightness of the three points of the screw.

 

4. Check the lubricant path.

 

Fourth, the machine can not start quickly.

 

There may be a cause.

 

1. The valve core spring of pressure valve B is too soft;

 

. Unblock the pressure valve B damping hole;

 

The pressure valve B valve core is blocked by impurities in the oil or is not flexible in assembly and therefore cannot be closed quickly.

 

Exclusion method.

 

1 Replace the pressure valve B about the spring;

 

2. Unblock the pressure valve B damping hole;

 

3. Clean the pressure valve B or repair the pressure valve B to move freely.

 

V. The cutting is weak, and the working speed or return speed is significantly reduced when cutting.   

 

There may be a cause.

 

1. Adjust the pressure valve B pressure to the specified value of 5MPa;

 

2. Repair the pressure valve B as described in Article 5;

 

3. Check the serious leakage link and repair it.

 

Exclusion method.                            

 

1. Pressure valve B pressure is not adjusted to 5MPa;

 

2. Pressure valve B movement or pressure can not be adjusted to the specified value;

 

3 The system is critically leaking.

 

Six, slide pillow can not be changed.

 

There may be a cause.                              

 

1. Repair pressure valve A according to the fourth and adjust the pressure to 0.8 to 1.2MPa;

 

2. Adjust the retaining iron and the gear bar of the shifting body, tighten and secure the nut on the lever;

 

3. Appropriate adjustment of the guide plate and sealing ring;

 

4. Loosen the connection nut between the piston rod and the slider, wait for the slider to move back and forth several times, and then tighten the nut after the slider is parked in the forward line;

 

5. Adjust the amount of thing-flow valve oil appropriately.

 

Exclusion method.

 

1. Pressure valve A transfer or pressure adjustment specified value;

 

2. The shift bar adjustment is not proper or the nut on the lever is loose, so that the control valve can not be in place.

 

3. The rail is too tight or the seal ring in front of the piston rod is pressed too tightly;

 

4. The piston rod is not parallel to the rail;  

 

5. The thrittle valve is screwed too small to seal the control circuit of the change valve.

 

Seven, the work station can not send knives or knife uneven.

 

There may be a cause.

 

1. Adjust the one-way valve pressure of pressure valve C to 0.6 to 0.8MPa;

 

2. Repair beyond the clutch, if the joint and roller binding surface wear, then carbon-doped treatment and then repair the binding surface;

 

3. Replace copper pipe or cardboard;

 

4. At the level 1 speed of the slide pillow, the pressure valve A is properly increased and the thth insalfest valve is adjusted.

 

Exclusion method.  

 

1. In the slide pillow level 1 speed is, can not be sent in or the knife is not uniform, may be the pressure valve C one-way valve pressure is too low;

 

2. Beyond clutch wear;

 

3. Knife valve copper pipe rupture or delivery valve end-of-face cardboard break;

 

4. At the level 1.2.3 speed of the slide pillow, the inverter is uneven or not in place, it may be that the pressure valve A regulator is too low or the thrittle valve opens too much.
