Roll Bending Pipe Fittings

Rolling bending is a method of tortuous machining pipe with three roller wheels. However, roll bending has certain requirements on the zigzag radius, which is only applicable to thick wall pipe fittings with large radius of curvature, and it is helpless for small radius zigzag. The rolling method and operating principle are basically the same as sheet rolling, except that the roller used for pipe rolling has a working surface consistent with the cross section shape of the tube blank. When bending, only change the space between the main roller and the slave roller can complete the bending of various radius of curvature. Among them, the roller is the main driving wheel, and the other two are slave driving wheels. This method is especially suitable for bending circular or spiral pipe fittings.
