Measures to solve the movement of supporting wheels

After the tire is finished, the thickness of the inner and outer rim of the tire shall not be less than 95% of the design size or not greater than 10% of the design size; the coaxiality tolerance of the inner and outer cylindrical surface of the tire shall be controlled in accordance with the 9th level of GBll84 .

(2) Pay attention to the quality of the tire installation and strictly control: the deviation of the coaxiality of the tire and the cylinder is within 1 mill; the deviation of the parallelism of the two tires is within .5mm.

(3) Adjust the bearing seat so that the centerline of the supporting roller should be installed parallel to the centerline of the simplified version, and the parallelism tolerance should be controlled at 0.1 mm/m; the center height of the bearing seat of the same group of supporting rollers should be equal, and the deviation should not exceed 0.1mm.

(4) Change the positioning method or fit tolerance of the supporting wheel on the shaft. Specifically, you can use: one is to add an axial positioning ring; the other is to choose a large transition and small interference fit between the supporting wheel and the shaft.
