How to receive CNC orders? Many CNC manufacturers have begun to look for CNC orders through the network. But after all, the network itself is virtual, so many companies will inevitably be questioned and jealous when they look for CNC orders and negotiate orders on the network.

What are the factors that affect the accuracy of part processing?

The machining accuracy of CNC machine tools ultimately depends on the accuracy of the machine tool itself. The accuracy of CNC machine tools includes geometric accuracy, positioning accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy, and cutting accuracy.

Geometric accuracy: also known as static accuracy, is a comprehensive reflection of the comprehensive geometric error of key components of CNC machine tools after assembly.

Positioning accuracy: It indicates the accuracy that can be achieved by measuring the moving parts of the machine tool under the control of the numerical control device. According to the measured positioning accuracy value, the best workpiece processing accuracy that can be achieved during the automatic processing of the machine tool can be determined. Refers to the difference between the actual position of a part or tool and the standard position (theoretical position, ideal position). The smaller the difference, the higher the accuracy. It is the premise that the machining accuracy of parts is guaranteed.

Repeated positioning accuracy: refers to the consistency of the position accuracy obtained by repeatedly running the same program code on a CNC machine tool. It is the consistency of continuous results obtained by processing a batch of parts under the same conditions (the same CNC machine, different operation methods, and using the same part program).

Cutting accuracy: It is a comprehensive inspection of the geometric accuracy and positioning accuracy of the machine tool under cutting conditions.

Due to the consideration of production cost and competitiveness, low-end and middle-end machine tools have been simplified in the supporting of full closed-loop control, such as sealing and temperature rise control. Under this condition, it costs a lot of money, and simply configuring the scale cannot improve the accuracy of the machine tool.

Quality is a parameter that indicates how good a product is. The working performance and service life of mechanical products largely depend on the machining quality of the parts. The machining quality of the parts is the basis of the quality of the entire product. The machining quality of parts includes two aspects: machining accuracy and surface quality. In general, the higher the processing accuracy of the part, the higher the corresponding processing cost and the lower the production efficiency.

Therefore, the designer should reasonably specify the machining accuracy of the part according to the requirements of the use of the part. Technicians should adopt appropriate process methods according to design requirements, production conditions, etc., while ensuring processing accuracy, try to increase productivity and reduce costs.
