Hardware Production Process

First of all, before the processing of hardware must see clearly the contents of the process, clearly know the parts of the work to be processed, shape, drawings of each dimension and know its next process processing content. Before processing raw materials, the size of the blanks should be measured in accordance with the requirements of the drawings, must carefully check whether their placement is consistent with the programming instructions. After the roughing of the processing process, self-test should be carried out in time, so as to adjust the error data in time.

The content of the self-test is mainly the location size of the processing site.

(1) Whether there is any looseness during the processing of mechanical parts;

(2) The part processing process is correctly touched the starting point;

(3) The size of the CNC parts machining site to the reference edge (base point) conforms to the drawing requirements;

(4) Cnc processing site between each other position size. After checking the position dimensions, the roughed-up shape ruler is measured (except for arcs). 　

The parts are processed after roughing confirmation. The shape size of the drawing site before finishing is self-tested: the basic length and width dimensions are detected on the processing parts of the vertical surface, and the base point dimensions indicated on the drawing skewed on the processing parts of the sloped surface.

Complete the part self-inspection, confirm that the drawings and process requirements are in line with the rear can be removed the work piece to send inspector special inspection.
