When controlling the heating quality of the billet, attention should be paid to: before heating, check whether the material brand, melting furnace number, size specification, and quantity are consistent with the process card, and whether they are consistent with the forging product material. The sundries in the furnace must be removed before the billet is loaded into the furnace. The surface of the billet heated in the electric furnace must not be contaminated with oil.
