Control the nature of the heating furnace gas. Under the conditions of complete combustion, strictly control the amount of air entering the furnace, and minimize the amount of excess air, because too much air will accelerate the oxidation, and there should be an excess of reducing gas in the furnace.

Wheel forgings

Reduce the moisture in the fuel and reduce the oxidation effect of water vapor on the metal surface. The furnace should maintain a small positive pressure during heat preservation, especially during the high temperature heat preservation stage, to prevent cold air from entering the furnace
