Causes of roller movement

In addition to the recognized factor that the temperature of the horizontal rotary dryer is too high to cause the deformation of the simplified heat expansion and cold contraction, there are other factors. For example, improper processing and installation of the tyre or the supporting roller may cause poor contact between the tyre and the supporting wheel, or even point contact, so that when the dryer rotating body rotates in the circumferential direction, the tyre always has an axial direction to the supporting wheel. Thrust, which causes the supporting roller to move. The specific reasons that cause the supporting roller to move in the axial direction are analyzed as follows.

(1) There is an error in the processing of the two belts. The inner and outer coaxiality of the two tyres were not controlled as required during the finishing process, and the outer diameter tolerance and thickness tolerance exceeded the design requirements.

(2) The tires are not installed properly. When the tyre belt is installed in the dryer, the tyre belt and the cylinder are not installed correctly, that is, the coaxiality of the tyre belt and the cylinder body and the parallelism of the two belts do not meet the error control requirements of the design requirements.

(3) The bearing seat is not installed and adjusted properly. Because the bearing seat is not installed in place, the supporting rollers will not be level and the center height of the four supporting rollers will be inconsistent.

(4) Improper or improper positioning of the supporting wheel on the shaft. For example, the connection between the supporting roller and the shaft is too loose, or the matching tolerance is improperly selected or the matching machining error exceeds the limit; the connection between the supporting roller and the shaft is improper; and so on.
