2. Vacuum low pressure casting

 

Vacuum low-pressure casting method is in the vacuum process of the pressure filling mold, the filling pressure is crystallized and solidified at a constant pressure after casting, the casting is full, the casting is densely organized, and the mechanical properties. This method is used for Al, Mg alloy casting precision castings. The advantages are as follows:

 

(1) There is a vacuum anode with high pressure, which can make the mold sand body compact and increase the strength of the mold.

 

(2) The vacuum degree increases moderately, so the filling time is shorter, not only the filling speed is smooth.

 

(3) Vacuum low-pressure casting cans Accelerate the flow of aluminum alloys at low temperatures, avoid temperature casting caused by high-temperature aluminum alloy suction, and increase defects in casting pinholes.

 

(4) Good casting moldability is conducive to the formation of clear contours, smooth surface castings and large and thin wall castings.

 

(5) Dense casting organization and high mechanical properties.

 

(6) Under normal circumstances, risers are not required, which greatly increases the production of metal liquids, usually up to more than 90%.

 

(7) A good working environment and simple equipment help mechanization and automation.
