Bearings are widely used in the machinery industry, the requirements of the supporting parts and foundation parts, is known as mechanical joints. The variety of bearings is diverse and complex. Due to the strict requirements, bearing quality and performance are very important. And bearings are playing an increasingly important role in national economy and national defense construction. Nine Positive hardware network small editor learned that there are some of these code names we need to do some understanding:
O.D. series code
The diameter series of bearings, i.e. the series of changes in the outer diameter and width of bearings with the same structure and the same internal diameter, is represented by the third digit from the right of the basic code. For example, for centrifugal bearings and centrifugal thrust bearings, 0, 1 represents the light series, 2 for light series, 3 for the medium series, and 4 for the heavy series. Thrust bearings are consistent with the representation of centripetal bearings except for the 1-for-light series.
Width series code
The width series of bearings, i.e. the series of changes in the same bearing width in terms of structure, internal diameter and diameter series, are represented by the fourth digit from the right of the basic code.
In normal series, for most bearings in the code name is not marked width series O, but for the heart-adjusting roller bearing class 3) and cone roller bearings (class 7), width series 0 should be marked. The diameter series code and width series code are collectively referred to as the dimension series code.
Type code
The bearing type code is represented by the fifth digit from the right of the basic code code, and the letter is coded for types such as cylindrical roller bearings and roll-pin bearings. Commonbearing code: 3,5,6,7,N categories, corresponding to the old code 7,8,0,6,2.
