The quality of the machine depends on the machining quality of the parts and the assembly quality of the machine. The machining quality of the parts includes the machining accuracy of the parts and the surface quality. The machining accuracy refers to the actual geometric parameters (size, shape and position) and the ideal geometry after the parts are processed. The degree to which the parameters match. The difference between them is called machining error. The size of the machining error reflects the level of machining accuracy. The greater the error, the lower the machining accuracy, and the smaller the error, the higher the machining accuracy; the main aspects that affect the machining accuracy: dimensional accuracy, the degree of conformity between the actual size of the processed part and the center of the tolerance zone of the part size.

Compared with the method of producing parts with die-casting molds, it avoids the uneconomical of opening molds when manufacturing small batches of parts, and the production cycle is greatly shortened. At the same time, the correct clamping positioning and reasonable processing technology enable the processed parts to have higher precision and surface finish, which cannot be achieved by the die-casting process. Moreover, the density of extruded aluminum profiles is relatively high, and the strength of the processed parts is higher than that of die castings. In addition, this method is different from general single-part machining production, it can produce a bed of parts in batches. If the working table of the machine tool is large enough, the bottom plate can be made larger, and several aluminum materials can be arranged at a time, the processing efficiency can be further improved, and the number of tool changes can be relatively reduced. If there are features on the side of the part to be processed, such as a round hole to be drilled, after the part is cut and independent on the B side, a fixture must be manufactured, and the part must be installed and processed.
