Precision parts processing is the process of automatically processing the required workpieces in accordance with the pre-programmed processing program. Generally, the processing route, cutting parameters and auxiliary functions of the parts are written in accordance with the instruction code and program format specified by the CNC machine tool. Processing the program list, and then record the content of this program list on the control medium and input it to the CNC device of the CNC machine tool, so as to direct the machine tool to process, the whole process from the analysis of the part drawing to the preparation of the control medium is called CNC program programming.


CNC programming can be subdivided into the following five steps:


(1) Analyze the drawings and determine the machining process of precision parts: In determining the machining precision process, the programmer must first analyze the shape, size and technical requirements of the workpiece according to the drawings, and then select the machining plan to determine the machining sequence, machining route, Clamping method, tool and cutting parameters, etc.


(2) Numerical calculation: According to the geometric dimensions of the part drawing, the determined process route and the set coordinate system. Calculate the movement path of the rough and fine machining of the parts and obtain the tool position data.


(3) Write the program: After the processing route, technological parameters and tool position data are determined, the programmer can write the processing program list step by step according to the function instruction codes and block format prescribed by the CNC system.


(4) Preparation of control medium: preparation of control medium, that is, recording the contents of the compiled program list on the control medium as the input information of the numerical control device.


(5) Verification program and the first trial cut: The program list and the prepared control medium must be verified and trial cut to be officially used. The method of verification is to directly input the content on the control medium into the numerical control device to let the machine tool Dry running, that is, replacing the workpiece with a pen, replacing the workpiece with coordinate paper, and drawing a processing route to check whether the movement path of the machine tool is correct.
