Second, the production and processing technology of precision metal processing

   (1) Drawing part drawings

The design analysis of parts and stamping dies analyzes the shape characteristics, specifications, precision standards, raw material dimensions and tensile strength of stamping parts based on the drawing of stamping parts, and uses available stamping machine specifications and mold processing conditions. Manufacture batches and other basic elements, and analyze the stamping processability of parts.

   (2) Clear process plan

The calculation of specific production technology parameters is basically based on the analysis of stamping process. From the aspects of equipment occupancy, difficulty level of mold processing and life level, ease of use and safety level, standardization analysis is performed to screen out the characteristics of production technology and mold design.    3. Selection of stamping oil for precision metal processing

   stamping oil plays a vital role in the stamping process. The excellent cooling characteristics and extreme pressure anti-wear performance have made a qualitative leap for the enhancement of the service life of the mold and the precision of the workpiece.

   (1) Selection of low-carbon steel stamping oil

When selecting stamping oil for carbon steel plate, the first thing to pay attention to is the viscosity of the drawing oil. The optimal viscosity is determined according to the production technology difficulty factor and degreasing standard.

   (2) Selection of galvanized steel stamping oil

Due to the chemical reaction with the chlorine-based additives, the galvanized steel sheet should pay attention to the problem that the chlorine-type stamping oil will produce white rust when selecting the stamping oil. It should be degreased as soon as possible after stamping.

   (3) Selection of stainless steel stamping oil

  Stainless steel is a material that is easy to form and harden. It is specified to use tensile oil with high oil film strength and good sintering resistance. Generally, stamping oil with sulfur-chlorine mixed additives is used to avoid the problem of flashing and cracking of the workpiece while ensuring the extreme pressure characteristics.
