1. The machining precision of large quantities of parts is poor, usually because the dynamics of the cutting tool in the middle of each axis are not adjusted according to the deviation during installation and adjustment, CNC precision machinery and equipment are produced and processed, or because the application is damaged, each axis of the CNC lathe is driven Gears have transformation. It can be processed by adjusting and changing the gap compensation amount again.


When the dynamic tracking error is too large and alarms, you can check whether the servo motor speed ratio is too high. Check whether the components are good. Position feedback whether the cable connector is in good contact. Is the relative analog input/output latch and gain resistor good? Relative to the servo drive equipment is everything normal.


2. The machining accuracy is not very good due to the overshoot of the CNC lathe during fitness exercise. It may be that the acceleration and deceleration time is too short, and the speed change time can be increased appropriately. It may also be that the connection between the servo motor and the ball screw is loose or the rigidity is poor, which can reduce the gain of the position loop appropriately.


3. Concentricity deviation when the two shafts are linked


(1) Radial deformation of the circle


Such deformation may be caused by improper adjustment of mechanical equipment. The accuracy of the shaft is not very good, or the compensation of the ball screw gap is not good, CNC precision machining, will cause the concentricity deviation when the quadrant is exceeded.


(2) Oblique ellipse deviation


At this time, the position error value of each axis should be checked first. If the error is too large in the production and processing of CNC precision machinery and equipment, the position loop gain can be adjusted to clear it. Then check whether the interface board of the resolver or inductance synchronizer is adjusted well, and then check whether the gap of the gear transmission pair is large and whether the gap compensation is suitable.
