Many friends may not understand that the cnc machining center has taken anti-interference measures such as shielding space electromagnetic radiation, absorbing inrush current, and filtering power supply clutter during design, which can prevent the impact of external interference sources on the CNC itself to a certain extent. But there will still be some interference in the actual work. What are the anti-interference elimination methods for CNC machining centers?

In order to ensure the stable operation of the CNC, it is necessary to take the following measures when installing and connecting the CNC:

1. Suppression of interference: RC circuits are connected in parallel at both ends of the AC coil. The RC circuit should be installed as close to the inductive load as possible; freewheeling diodes are connected in parallel in reverse at both ends of the DC coil; and a surge absorber is connected in parallel at the winding end of the AC motor .

In order to ensure the stable operation of the CNC, it is necessary to take the following measures when installing and connecting the CNC:

2. The CNC machining center should be far away from the equipment that generates interference (such as frequency converter, AC contactor, electrostatic generator, high voltage generator, and power line segmentation device, etc.).

3. To supply power to the CNC through an isolation transformer, the machine tool where the CNC is installed must be grounded, and the CNC and the driver must be connected to separate ground wires from the ground point.

The cables from the CNC machining center are twisted and shielded cables or shielded cables. The shielding layer of the cable is grounded at the CNC side at a single end, and the signal line should be as short as possible. In order to reduce the mutual interference between CNC signal cables and strong electric cables, follow the wiring principle.
