Not long ago, companies began to embrace the outsourcing of manufacturing, all in the name of labor cost competitiveness, borne by the operational strategic trends of the time.
But times (and business cycles) change. Now, statistics show that foreign outsourcing is at a turning point, partly because of the rising cost of Labour supervision.
Over the past few years, for example, China's labor costs have risen nearly 20 percent year on year, and Mexico's have risen 5 percent. Meanwhile, us Labour costs rose just 3 per cent year on year over the same period.
One result is a shift from outsourcing to reshoring - formerly outsourced businesses and factories moving back to the United States.
Pride is deeply engaged in hardware manufacturing industry. Every month we have a large number of hardware parts, fasteners, pipe products, telescopic products exported to all parts of the world.
In Europe and the United States, Japan and South Korea, the Middle East, Southeast Asia are widely praised.
