Pride has been offering specialized wire and bar tungsten products for sale since 1967. Today we offer our customers tungsten products in all diameters - from wire and straight line lengths on spools to tungsten parts as short as 0.008" (0.20 mm) in length.

Capacity is our strength and due to the large quantities we produce, each diameter and quantity of tungsten wire can be supplied at the same effective price as our highest volume buyers. Whether you have a dedicated small volume needs or a large daily consumption, we can provide your tungsten products requirements.

Tungsten was one of the first metals we cut, ground, ground and polish, and we never stopped. We have expanded our involvement in this refractory metal. When you think of tungsten products, please consider metal cutting.

Tungsten products for sale: wire

Tungsten products are available in any diameter (≥0.00030"/0.007 mm) and in any surface finish, from wire drawing to various grades of electropolishing. Our superior wire electropolishing creates a uniform surface over a continuous length. Our method utilizes proprietary chemical composition as well as unique and sophisticated anode and cathode management to optimize the position and current of specific polished surfaces, from clean surface treatment to mirrored surfaces. Also available as a painted finish.

Because we mix our own powders, we can offer a range of doped and undoped compositions. We have the highest dopant and recrystallization performance of tungsten products in the industry, with four grades of potassium dopants to meet your highest recrystallization temperature requirements. We offer the only truly pollution-free 99.999% pure undoped tungsten wire.

Tungsten products for sale: gold plated

We offer the only vertically integrated internal gold-plated tungsten wire production. Our gilding thickness starts from our recommended minimum of 0.3 micron to achieve maximum savings and still maintain a uniform and defection-free gilding plate across the entire wire surface. We were able to place 1.5 micron gold-plated surfaces on spools as small as 0.001" (0.025mm) in diameter.

Tungsten products for sale: carbon belt

Our unique advantage is that our tungsten ribbon is designed for high volume production and economical price. Tungsten bands can be made from all available tungsten wire metallurgy ingredients and can be produced in width-to-thickness ratios of less than 8:1. Our tungsten ribbon can accept the same surface treatment as our wire. In addition to a special electropolished surface, our tungsten ribbon can be plated in the same way as the gold-plated tungsten ribbon to produce the minimum recommended thickness as well as any other coating thickness you require.
