(5) When the assembly surface levelist is poor, the parallelity of the assembly surface is not good will cause the spring distortion, local high pressure fracture, and the occasion of poor parallelity causes the spring distortion and more than 300,000 back to use resulting in spring breakage. Please improve the parallelity of the assembly surface with no more than 300,000 returns.

 

(6) About the spring internal diameter and the gap between the guide pin and the guide pin is too long, will cause the internal diameter of the collision wear, its wear ingenuity is the cause of the spring break, on the contrary, such as too big will cause the spring twist ingress break, the best between the spring diameter -1.0mm or so. And the free long spring (free length / outer diameter is greater than 4 or more) please use a segment order or guide pin to avoid the spring body distortion and the collision with the guide pin.

 

(7) Spring outer diameter and sink hole sink hole and spring gap head too small, due to spring compression caused by the outer puffing and sink hole friction caused by the force concentrated fracture, the better sink aperture is the spring outer diameter of 1.5mm. (8) The guide pin length and sink hole depth is short when the guide pin is too short, will cause the guide pin head and spring wear and break, the ideal length of the guide pin is set to the spring length of 1/2 or more, and please reverse C3 chamfer.
