Change the ingot type of the steel ingot: In order to improve the quality of the large steel ingot, the ingot type should be a steel ingot with a large riser, a large taper, a small height-to-diameter ratio, and a multi-angular steel ingot. Due to the small diameter ratio of the steel ingot, the draw-length forging ratio is increased. For general shaft forgings, if the forging ratio meets the requirements of the forging, the intermediate upsetting can be eliminated and draw-length forming can be directly adopted.
