Mechanical manufacturing process
The general term for the manufacturing methods and processes of various machines.
Process regulations
Process regulations are operating documents that specifically guide workers in processing and manufacturing. It is the most important kind of process document (including: process regulations, process equipment drawings, working hours quota, and raw material consumption quota, etc.). Process regulations are the basic data for arranging production plan, production scheduling, quality control, raw material and tool supply, production organization and labor organization, so it is a very important production guidance document. The main content of the process regulations are: the manufacturing method and sequence of the product and its parts, the selection of equipment, the selection of cutting specifications, the determination of process equipment, the determination of labor and work levels, equipment adjustment methods, product assembly and parts processing Technical conditions and so on. There are four forms of process regulations: process card (process route card), process card, process card and process code. In addition, there are auxiliary documents such as adjustment cards and inspection cards.
Process
Refers to the part of the process that is continuously completed on one or a group of workpieces on a machine tool or at the same work site. The division of processes is based on whether the work location changes and whether the work is continuous.
Work step
Refers to the part of the process that is completed in a process when the speed and feed of the workpiece surface, cutting tool and cutting amount remain unchanged. The process steps constitute the basic unit of the process.
Station
Relative to the fixed part of the tool or equipment, each processing position occupied by the workpiece is called a workstation.
Typical process
Classify and group according to the structure and process characteristics of parts, and formulate unified processing methods and processes for the same group of parts.
Product structure technology
The designed product is feasible and economical in manufacturing and maintenance on the premise that it can meet the requirements of use.
Part structure manufacturability
On the premise that the designed parts can meet the requirements of use, the feasibility and economy of manufacturing.
Process analysis
In the product technology design stage, process personnel analyze and evaluate the process of product structure manufacturability.
Process review
In the stage of product work drawing design, process personnel conduct a comprehensive review of the manufacturability of the product and part structure and put forward comments or suggestions.
Machinability
Under certain production conditions, the degree of difficulty of material processing.
production process
The whole process of transforming raw materials into finished products.
crafting process
The process of changing the shape, size, relative position and nature of a production object to make it a finished or semi-finished product.
Process documents
Instruct workers to operate and use various technical documents for production, process management, etc.
Process plan
According to product design requirements, production types and the production capacity of the enterprise, a guiding document for the specific tasks and measures of the process technology preparation work is proposed.
Routing
In the production process of products or parts, from the preparation of the blank to the packaging of the finished product, it passes through the order of the relevant departments or processes of the enterprise.
Process regulations
Process documents that specify the manufacturing process and operation methods of products or parts.
technological design
The process of compiling various process documents and designing process equipment.
Process elements
The main factors related to the process.
Process specification
A series of unified regulations on the relevant technical requirements in the process.
Process parameters
In order to achieve the expected technical indicators, the relevant quantities that need to be selected or controlled in the process.
Process test
A test to examine the feasibility of process methods, process parameters, or material machinability, etc.
Process Validation
Test the rationality of the process design through trial production.
Process management
Scientifically plan, organize and control the whole process of various technological work.
Process equipment
The main production device that completes the process. Such as various machine tools, heating furnaces, electroplating tanks and so on.
Process equipment
The general term for various tools used in the product manufacturing process. Including knives, fixtures, molds, measuring tools, inspection tools, auxiliary tools, fitter tools and workstation appliances, etc.
Process system
In machining, it is a unity composed of machine tools, tools, fixtures and workpieces.
