The World's Largest Single-machine Power Fracking Sled Completed the First Phase of Industrial Testing

With the official completion of the construction of the Wei 204H35 platform fracking, the first phase of industrial testing of the world's largest single-machine electric drive fracturing sledge, the Gem Machinery 7000 electric drive fracturing sled, was successfully completed. The 7000-type electric drive sled has a maximum power of 7000 horsepower, and one 7000-type fracking sled can replace three conventional diesel-powered 2500 fracking vehicles. The 7000-type electric drive fracturing sled uses a long-stroke, low-stroke design concept to effectively improve the life and operating efficiency of the fragile parts, and it is supporting the QPI-7000 fracturing pump independently developed by gem machinery and stainless steel valve box with a life of more than 1000 hours to meet the reliability requirements of long-term continuous operation of shale gas fracturing. Compared with similar products in China, the 7000-type fracking sled has high power, small size and low center of gravity, which is convenient for safe transportation and easy maintenance and repair.
