The welding effect of 1060 aluminum tube was studied

The welding effect of 1060 aluminum tube was studied by the welding method of extrusion resistance welding. Scanning electron microscope, metallographic microscope and other analysis methods were used to observe the welded joints. The results showed that a good metallographic bond was formed between the two aluminum tubes, and the welding seam had the characteristics of solid-phase welding.
