The CBN grinding wheel is driven directly by the static piezoelectric spindle, and has the characteristics of high swing accuracy, good precision retention and strong rigidity. The CBN grinding wheel line has a speed of up to 120m/s and is equipped with a built-in dynamic balancing system.

 

Three-axis linkage feed, head frame (C-axis) directly driven by torque motor, positioning accuracy of 0.002 degrees, grinding wheel frame (X-axis) directly driven by linear motor, dynamic correspondingly good, zui high speed up to 40 m/min, workbench (Z-axis) driven by servo motor, zui small set unit of 0.1 m, zui high-inspeed speed up to 20m/min.

 

The 120m/s CBN grinding wheel is closed with a diamond wheel and is equipped with sonar detector to ensure a small amount of precise rest and extend the service life of the CBN grinding wheel, which is driven directly by the electric spindle.

 

The use of imported advanced numerical control system, with grinding process process transformation, workpiece quality management, machine condition monitoring, fault self-diagnosis and abnormal alarm control function, menu interface input is simple.
