The specific process of hardware accessories processing

1. Confirmation of the first article:

　　Production process quality control checks and verifies the first piece of the first accessory processed product according to SIP and confirms that it is qualified before it can be produced.

　　 2. Independent inspection:

　　The factory operator conducts self-inspection on the self-made precision hardware accessories products according to SOP, so as to find out the bad quality in time to improve.

　　 3. Mutual inspection:

　　 refers to the next station to inspect the precision hardware accessories products of the previous station, and the good products flow into this station to reduce unnecessary waste. When more defects are found, the former work station should be notified to improve.

　　 4. Tour inspection:

　　Process quality control IPQC according to the requirements of SIP/IS, inspect the dimensions and appearance of the parts and accessories processed in production to find out whether the product meets the standard in time.

　　 5. Tail piece inspection:

　　Quality control makes a full inspection of the final precision hardware accessories products produced by this class to confirm the quality status of this class products.
