The role of door and window hardware accessories in doors and windows

For a long time, people's understanding of door and window hardware accessories is only regarded as a kind of secondary ineffective thing. Many door and window, curtain wall companies, design institutes and owners have a vague understanding of the main role of door and window hardware accessories.

As a result, the grid size is often too large in the design, which needlessly increase the weight of the window, or even change the configuration of hardware accessories at will, resulting in insufficient wind pressure, water tightness, and air tightness. Such examples are not uncommon.

It is often said that I use insulating glass and high-grade aluminum. Why can't I make high-grade windows? It is because hardware accessories are not paid attention to, doors and windows are not regarded as a whole system.

Practice has proved that some door and window factories only consider the requirements of Party A blindly, without considering the hardware configuration, and pursue small, light and thin. After the profiles are released, none of the existing hardware accessories can be matched with them, let alone meet industry standards and technical regulations. This situation shows that the lack of coordination and the corresponding system concept will have serious consequences.

Door and window hardware accessories have both static and dynamic effects, and they must be satisfied at the same time. This essentially determines the delicacy of door and window technology.
