3. The airtightness of the furnace wall. The bright quenching furnace must be sealed from the outside gas. Generally, radon gas is used as the steam for maintenance. The furnace wall can only be connected to one gas outlet, which is convenient for igniting radon gas. The method of inspection is to apply water to the gap of each joint of the quenching furnace, and observe whether there is any steam leakage. The most vulnerable position is the area where the quenching furnace enters and exits the pipeline. The sealing ring here is easy to damage and must Often inspected and replaced.

4. Maintain gas working pressure. In order to prevent steam leakage, the maintenance gas in the bright furnace should maintain a certain positive standard pressure. If the maintenance gas is radon gas, it should be about 20kBar widely.

5. There must be no moisture in the furnace. The first is to continuously check whether the furnace wall is boring. When the furnace is installed for the first time, the raw materials of the furnace wall must be air-dried; the second is to check whether the steel pipe entering the furnace has residual water stains, and some steel pipes will have holes.
