The insulating layer is partially applied between the inner part and the outer contour, wherein the entire outer contour of the inner part is electrically and/or thermally decoupled from the outer contour. Component fixing layers are provided at the inner and outer contours, wherein the insulating layers form heat shrinkable tubes.
