The harm of single surface active agent to stainless steel welding seam forming

The hazards of a single surfactant to the formation of stainless steel welds:
(1) For welding coated with SiO-2 stimulant, as the amount of SiO-2 coating increases, the overall width of the weld becomes smaller, and the arc crater becomes smaller and deeper. The residual aspect ratio of the weld is improved. At the junction of the plated surface active agent and the unplated surface active agent, a lot of metal material is deposited in the weld. Among all the surface active agents, SiO 2 is the most harmful to welding forming.
(2) Activators NaF and Cr2O3 have no significant harm to weld formation. With the increase in the amount of coating, the overall welding width has not changed much, and the arc crater has not changed much. Compared with the welding without specific flux, the total welding width has no significant change, but the arc crater exceeds the welding without specific flux.
(3) With the increase in the amount of titanium dioxide coating, the appearance of the weld has not changed much, and the weld has no significant change, which is similar to the situation without the activator. However, the welded surface after forming is flat, standard, and has no misalignment, which is better than weld forming without specific flux.
(4) The activator CaF2 is very harmful to the weld formation. With the increase in the amount of calcium fluoride coating used, the worse the welding formation is, the change of the electrical isolated pit is not large, and the change of the total welding width is not large. However, along with the increase in the water content of CaF2, there will be shortcomings such as misinterpretation.
(5) Compared with the plastic flux, the five activators can increase the welding penetration, and with the increase in the total number of plating layers, the penetration is also relatively improved. But when the coating amount reaches a certain value, the hydrophilicity expands to a saturated state, and then the coating amount is increased, and the hydrophilicity decreases.
