2, workpiece blanks should be measured before clamping whether the size meets the requirements, must carefully and carefully check whether the blank placement is consistent with programming.
3, rough machining after the completion of maintenance, to determine whether the workpiece is correctly divided? Is there any dislocation loosening of the workpiece? Does the size of the machining site to the reference point meet the drawing requirements? The size of the mutual position of the machining parts should be measured timely and accurately after checking the shape scale of the rough machining.
4. Semi-finishing or finishing can only be carried out after rough machining overhaul. After finishing, technicians should check the shape and size of the processing parts, mainly check the vertical plane and inclined plane processing parts and the size of the base points marked on the measurement drawings for approval.
5. After the completion of manual maintenance, the workpiece can be removed and sent to the quality inspector for special inspection after confirming that it meets the relevant requirements with the drawing process.
After understanding some factors affecting the efficiency of CNC machining, as a professional CNC machining center operator should be more clear about the principle of CNC machining lines. (4) Subroutine should be used for some programs that are repeatedly used.
