The competitiveness of high-grade CNC machine tool market is in urgent need of improvement.

The market share of high-grade CNC machine tools is an important index to measure the competitiveness of domestic machine tool enterprises. Statistics for the first quarter show that China's imports of machine tool products increased by 61.9% year-on-year, a new record high.

At present, the domestic market demand for machine tools has significantly increased. Demand for high-end in the domestic market is growing particularly fast, while demand for mid-range, especially low-grade, is becoming less and less. In this case, we are bound to improve the domestic high-grade CNC machine tool products market competitiveness. However, at present, the total situation of domestic high-grade CNC machine tool products is: quality does not go up, cost does not come down. On the one hand, our high-grade CNC system and functional parts of foreign dependence is too high; A high-grade CNC machine tool is often a collection of high-grade CNC system and high-grade functional components. To this end, many domestic machine tool enterprises now think that their products in the CNC system to engage in secondary development capacity is obviously not enough, but limited to the use of those functions on the standard platform; Therefore, it is particularly urgent to break through the bottleneck of the development of CNC system and main functional components.

To dot the surface, accelerate the pace of industrialization of high-grade CNC machine tools.

Objectively speaking, the current domestic CNC machine tool products have indeed greatly improved the technical level, our science and technology, 04 science and technology special can also be described as fruitful, but the pace of industrialization of high-grade machine tools is still difficult. Due to our shortcomings in the overall research and development system and so on, in order to comprehensively improve the industrialization level of domestic high-grade CNC machine tools in a short period of time is still difficult, we must point to the surface, first of all in some key applications to achieve a breakthrough. Taking automobiles as an example, although domestic high-grade CNC machine tools are used in the production lines of individual automobile enterprises, they have not yet achieved a breakthrough in the key parts production lines of leading products of FAW, FAW, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and other leading automotive enterprises.

"From big to strong" is not a day's work.

"It is now being suggested that within five years China's machine tool companies will have to go from big to strong." Wu Berlin, president of the China Machine Tool Industry Association, believes that this goal is a bit high and unrealistic, and that it is still possible to move forward in this direction in a solid manner. At present, the domestic machine tool manufacturing enterprises are generally large but not strong, and functional components and nuncies control system enterprises are neither large nor strong. Therefore, in order to promote the gradual realization of the goal of "getting stronger and stronger", China Machine Tool Industry Association, after careful internal analysis and discussion, put forward three landmark goals: First, there is a breakthrough in the typical parts processing equipment of key enterprises in the main service areas of the industry. Second, domestic CNC machine tools, especially medium and high-grade CNC machine tools in the domestic market share significantly increased, domestic CNC machine tools application CNC system and the main functional components of the localization rate significantly improved. Third, a few or more machine tool products become internationally renowned brands, a few or more enterprises become the world's strong enterprises.
