Make transparent hand model, generally use PMMA (acrylic), transparent ABS, transparent PC and other materials. Prototypes made of these materials have been polished with extremely high transparency, achieving the same effect as real products.


 


To make abrasion resistant hand model, you can choose POM or PA. These two materials need to be processed as a whole to make prototypes.


 


For making high-toughness prototypes, PA or PP can be used. Both of these materials need to be processed as a whole.


 


To make high-temperature resistant prototypes, you can choose the materials epoxy resin; Bakelite; black PC; PA (nylon) and other four materials to make prototypes, except for the black PC that can be bonded, the others need to be processed as a whole.


 


ABS material is the most used to make conventional prototype models. This material is easy to process and the post-processing of the prototype is also more beautiful.


 


The surface treatment of the plastic hand model is generally divided into post-treatment effects such as oil injection, electroplating, frosting, and silk screen printing.
