1) Programming error.
The process arrangement is wrong, the process undertaking relationship is not considered thoroughly, and the parameter setting is wrong.
A. The coordinates are set to zero at the bottom, but the top is 0 in practice;
B. The safety height is too low, causing the tool to be unable to lift the workpiece completely;
C. The margin for the second opening is less than the previous knife;
D. After the program is written, the path of the program should be analyzed and checked.
2) The program sheet remarks are wrong.
A. The number of unilateral bumps is written as four-sided;
B. The clamp distance of the vise or the protrusion distance of the workpiece are marked incorrectly;
C. Unknown or wrong remarks on the extension length of the tool may cause tool collision;
D. The procedure list should be as detailed as possible;
E. The principle of replacing the old with new should be adopted when changing the procedure list: destroy the old procedure list.
3) Tool measurement error.
A. Tool setting data input does not consider tool setting;
B. Tool installation is too short;
C. Tool measurement should use scientific methods, and use more accurate instruments as much as possible;
D. The length of the installed knife is 2~5mm longer than the actual depth.
4) Program transmission error.
A. The program number is called incorrectly or the program is modified, but the old program is still used for processing;
B. On-site processors must check the detailed data of the program before processing;
For example, the time and date the program was written and simulated by the bear clan.
5) Wrong tool selection.
6) The blank exceeds expectations, and the blank is too large and does not match the blank set by the program.
7) The workpiece material itself is defective or the hardness is too high.
8) Clamping factors, spacer block interference but not considered in the program.
9) Machine failure, sudden power failure, lightning strike, etc.
