One-way bearings have three designs:

1. Slope and roller design principles

The one-way bearing clutch consists of an outer ring of the barrel inner diameter, an inner ring with a ramp, and a set of rollers that are resistant to spring force and always in close contact with the inner and outer rings. The rotation of one of the raceways in its direction of motion affects the production of the other, ensuring the immediateity of overreach speed and ensuring immediate drive.

2. Wedge Design Principle

One-way bearings consist of inner rings, outer rings, wedge groups, wedge cages, strong springs and bearings. Wedges transmit power from one raceway to another by wedgein between the inner and outer rings. The diagonal diameter of the two wedges, the distance from one corner of the wedge to the other is not equal, the wedge action occurs in the outer and outer rings when the relative rotation in the larger cross-section causes the wedge to have a larger vertical position.

3.Self-locking angle design principle

The wedge action mainly depends on the wedge inandion and the self-locking angle between the inner and outer rings. The wedge one-way clutch requires that the coefficient of friction of the wedge is related to the sudden torque generation of the inner ring in the driving direction, which must be larger than the forward cut value of the self-locking angle. If the condition is not secure, the wedge will not occur.
